Basketball Security Deposit

Assalamu alaikum dear parents,

Welcome to MAC Basketball!  This payment link is ONLY for parents with kids registered in the MAC Basketball Program.

Please fill out the form at checkout and pay the $25 security deposit to secure a basketball for your child.  This security deposit will cover any and all damages and loss of the basketball.  If you need another ball for any reason you will need to pay another $25.  Upon successful completion of the program and the return of the ball without any damages we will refund you the $25.
